Spa Timings
We are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last intake at 5:00 PM. Please book your appointments in advance for a smooth experience.
Appointment Bookings
Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Cancellations
A 6-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a 50% service charge.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, with the full service fee still applicable
Medical Conditions
Inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. For tailored treatments, consult our Ayurveda consultant.
Age Policy
Adults aged 18 and above can access all treatments. Individuals aged 15 and above may receive mild therapies and facials with parental consent and prior consultation.
Personal Belongings
Please leave valuables in your room. AyurSpa is not responsible for lost or damaged items..
Hygiene
We recommend showering before your treatment to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
Attire
Disposable garments are provided for most treatments. For traditional therapies, wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Quiet Environment
Switch off mobile phones and other devices to preserve a tranquil atmosphere.
Special Requests
Communicate any special needs to our therapists before your session.
Pregnancy
Expecting mothers should consult their healthcare provider before booking. We offer pregnancy-safe therapies.
Alcohol and Smoke-Free Policy
AyurSpa is strictly alcohol and smoke-free. Please refrain from consuming alcohol or smoking before or during your visit. Therapies should not be taken under the influence.

Specialized health concerns can be addressed through a video call consultation with our Ayurveda consultant, allowing for personalized wellness plans.

Gratuities are not included in the treatment cost but are appreciated at your discretion.
